Indian Curry ShackΒ is my way to spread the love for Indian cooking. After taking the plunge in 2013, weΒ moved from Mumbai to Singapore. Our quest for authentic Indian food, the delectable Indian-Chinese, the mouth-watering desserts ended in our own kitchen. I didn’t realise when cooking became my passion. For all the hurry burries who think Indian recipes are difficult and time-taking, well, they areΒ not.
