Singapore heat is surely on a soar. I decided to make Cold Coffee Shake. 🙂 Deliciously rich & creamy. Ready in 3 simple steps.
Preparation Time 5-10 minutes
Blending Time 2-5 minutes
Servings 2 Big Glasses
Main Ingredient Instant Coffee
Main Equipment Blender

Level Of Blending Medium
Ingredients
- Instant Coffee 4 tablespoons
- Milk 1 1/2 glass (the glass in which you will be serving)
- Sugar 4 tablespoons (add more if required)
- Fresh Cream 1 tablespoon
- Ice 10 – 12 cubes (crushed)
- Vanilla Ice Cream 2 scoops
- Chocolate Sauce 2 tablespoons to garnish (if available)
Method
Step 1
Place half the milk, sugar, fresh cream and instant coffee in a blender jar and blend from medium to full speed till smooth.
Step 2
Add the remaining milk and crushed ice and blend at full speed.
Step 3
Pour slowly into individual tall glasses. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream in each glass. Garnish with chocolate sauce and serve immediately.
